• A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

• Appointments canceled 24 hours or more in advance will not be charged a cancellation fee.

• No-shows may also be subject to the $50 fee.

• Cancellation fees must be paid before booking a future appointment.
